剧情简介

受医疗制度改革的影响，曾经显赫一时的大学医院——帝都医科大学第三医院因医疗状况恶化和工作压力过大导致卓越出众的医师纷纷离职，人才流失造成医院的发展岌岌可危。在此背景之下，不属于大学医院和医局体制的自由医生应运而生。美丽性感的外科医生大门未知子（米仓凉子 饰）便是自由医生的一员，她被人称作“Doctor X”，讨厌拉帮结派和医疗腐败，有如一朵盛开在泥沼中的带刺野玫瑰。未知子的到来给了这间迂腐凝滞的一前所未有的冲击，而她过硬的外科技术和理论知识又令同侪钦佩与嫉妒。
战战兢兢的新人森本光（田中圭 饰）负责带领这名曾涉足海外的传奇人物。未知子将迎战各种疑难杂症以及无形的阻碍……
